3. Account Eligibility

4. Registration and Accounts

4.2 Single Account Policy

6. Withdrawals
Withdrawals may be requested only in respect of cleared, real-money Balance that is not subject to an active Wagering Requirement. The following conditions apply:

8. Gameplay and Betting

10. Account Closure and Suspension

A genuine Balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be processed to the registered payment method subject to standard verification procedures. Bonus Funds and winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds will not be returned upon voluntary closure unless Wagering Requirements have been fully satisfied.
